I have 8 years experience in the UX Field.
I do 3 things: **I plan¹**, **conduct²**, and **activate³** **UX Research**.
1• Set clear research goals, align research with business strategy,
2• Run qual/quant research simultaneously, standardize processes,
3• Reveal insights, facilitate workshops, quantify research’s impact.
Result: **I align user needs with business goals**.

# My Work
I have 5+ years experience in the UX Field.
I received a bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics at the *HEAJ school* of Namur in Belgium. I learned how to **Design with Code** and developed my first [UX portfolio](http://quentin-charles.fr/).
I graduated with a master's degree in **UX Design & Research** from ECV Digital school of Paris. Meanwhile, I developed my [UXR Skills](https://airtable.com/appn8AfksWmw01RSM/shr4qR5ckb74KerQE) at Prisma Media, France's leading bi-media group, to help improve experiences for 40 million of people every month.
I worked in remote Australia. I understood issues faced by a wide sample of people, gained new perspectives, obtained several [UXR Certificates](https://www.interaction-design.org/members/quentin-charles) from the *IxDF Online Design School* and went back in Europe to teach and help design useful stuff through **UX Research**.
